Brief
I designed Kronolith, a wall-mounted clock featuring an innovative clickable and rotating outer rim as its primary interface. The product explores how a single, intuitive control mechanism can deliver a rich user experience. The clock offers multiple operational states, extensive personalization options, and a dynamic circadian background that adapts throughout the day.
The design challenge centered on creating diverse functionality while maintaining the constraint of singular, streamlined controls. Kronolith demonstrates how thoughtful interaction design can transform a traditional household object into an engaging, customizable timepiece.
