Brief

I designed Trash Dash, a gamified app that encourages proper waste disposal across all age groups. The app pairs with smart trash bins equipped with digital screens, transforming recycling into an interactive experience.

Players identify and sort trash into correct bins, earning points and coins to customize a virtual character. This reward system motivates continued engagement with sustainable waste management, demonstrating how playful interaction design can turn everyday environmental actions into educational experiences that promote long-term behavior change.
